Horrible experience, all the girl wanted to do was talk about going home instead of listening to my order. Needless to say it was totally wrong. When they brought my order out they left a whole meal out of my order. Won't be back. Was here on 4/18/2017 at 3:45 pm. Waited on my food forever at least a 25 minute ordeal!
Food is good. And that's All that is good there. Staff plays around and does as little as they can. They'd rather talk to each other than pay attention to the customer. And they're slow!!! Staff has visitors in and out. Not customers, family and friends stopping by to chat. Took 10 min to get my simple order. Chicken strips. No apologies, nothing. I wished I was a secret shopper so I could score them. FAILED!
Kfc is good
Made a purchase through drive thru. Girl at window had problem with credit card machine and ended up charging me twice. I have been calling all day and last night but no one answered. Guess I will have to make a trip down there!
12/08/2016 @ 8:15p.m The lady was serving customers food with her bare hands, while touching her bottom, ear piece, touching money , order screen( we watched her in drive thru) when she open window to give our total we told her she shouldnt be serving customers & we arw not buying. She said I washed my hands.( we told her not true..we just watched you)
