I've been off work now for 3 days. I have been to McDonald's 3 times in these 3 days and have spent more time in the drive thru than I have with my family. And on top of that neither of my orders have been correct.
Under new owners and management. They are doing s much better job.
Always dirty when we go (tables, floor, beverage bar, trash cans are overflowing, and bathrooms are filthy). Unfriendly staff from management all the way down to the crew. And if you have children, they talk about how unruly they are if they are loud sometimes. The last time my family came in, the manager (Catherine) and some of the crew talked about my family before we ever ordered. They were laughing and rolling their eyes. They don't care for the customers. She was very rude. Some of the crew was rude also.
A new low for McDonald's. I was handed my drink cups by the top with the person's fingers in the cup. There was trash on the floor (a lot of trash). The order was incorrect. The person at the counter was more interested in talking to her friends than serving customers.
The day shift was alot more pleasant than evening shift.
